Reading the dashboard

A guide to what each part of the Control Panel dashboard shows and how to use it.

The streams list

The main dashboard view shows all your configured streams. For each stream you can see:

  • Stream name - describes the source, destination, and data type (e.g. "Orders: Shopify → NetSuite")

  • Status indicator - green (active), amber (warning), or red (errors or paused)

  • Open issues - how many events have failed and not yet been resolved.

  • Recent event count - how many events have processed in the recent period

Click a stream name to open its event list.

The event list

Within a stream, events are listed in reverse chronological order. Each row shows:

  • Event ID — a unique identifier for this event

  • Status — the current state: Processed, Failed, Pending, Retrying, or Skipped

  • Timestamp — when the event was received by HC

  • Source reference — the order number, SKU, or other identifier from the source system

Use the filter controls to narrow by status, date range, or source reference.

The event detail view

Click any event to open its detail view. This shows:

  • The full event payload (data received from the source, and data sent to the destination)

  • The event status and any error messages

  • A processing log showing each step the event went through

  • Fix and resend controls (if the event has failed and you have Operator access)

The Issue list

If you have error alerts configured, recent issues history is visible in the issues area. Click an issue to jump directly to the relevant event.
